Xevi Pujolar is one of Formula One’s most respected engineering leaders, renowned for transforming elite motorsport teams into high-performing organisations under intense pressure. As the Head of Track Engineering at Audi F1, formerly Sauber, Xevi has spent more than two decades operating at the pinnacle of global motorsport, helping teams navigate competitive, technological and organisational change. Having worked alongside world-class drivers including Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc, Juan Pablo Montoya, Mark Webber and Eddie Irvine, he is now hired as a high performance speaker for his expertise in leadership, communication, operational excellence and building resilient teams capable of delivering results in demanding environments.

Xevi began his motorsport career as a karting engineer before progressing into the feeder series with Nissan and the Red Bull Junior Team F3000 programme. His analytical mindset and ability to optimise performance quickly led him into Formula One, joining Jaguar in 2002 as Assistant Race Engineer to Eddie Irvine. He later developed his reputation at Williams, where he worked as Race Engineer to Pastor Maldonado before becoming Chief Race Engineer. Across his career, Xevi has also held senior engineering roles at Toro Rosso and Sauber, gaining invaluable experience managing multidisciplinary teams, maximising driver performance and implementing high-pressure race strategies at the very highest level of sport.

Beyond the racetrack, Xevi has become recognised for translating Formula One’s elite performance culture into practical business applications. He was a key architect behind the transformation of Sauber from a team facing severe operational challenges into a competitive force that achieved sixth place in the Constructors’ Championship while laying the foundations for Audi’s arrival as a works manufacturer. As Managing Director of RaceMode Performance GmbH, Xevi also works as a Senior Motorsport Consultant and Systems Architect for high-performance teams. Additionally, he co-developed Pole Position OS with Flow Insider, a methodology that adapts Formula One cognitive and organisational principles to improve business performance and decision-making.

As a high performance speaker, Xevi delivers rare insight into how elite teams sustain success when operating under relentless scrutiny, time pressure and constant change. His presentations explore communication, trust, organisational alignment and performance psychology, showing audiences how Formula One teams maintain precision while adapting in real time. Combining technical expertise with practical leadership lessons, Xevi equips organisations with strategies to improve collaboration, resilience and execution at the highest level.
