He also led the Kayak 4 Heroes expedition, a 1,400 km journey across the UK with a team of injured veterans. Darren later planned an Antarctic expedition in 2024, where he completed a sit-ski journey to the South Pole. These feats demonstrate his relentless pursuit of excellence and his ability to break barriers in the face of adversity.
