She honed her people strategy and leadership expertise across diverse geographies before joining Lloyds Bank Group in 2008. There, she led various HR portfolios, including the integration of Group HR and executive recruitment.

Her trajectory continued upwards as she became UK HR Director for Catlin in 2013, followed by a pivotal role as Chief People Officer at Lloyd’s of London from 2015, where she transformed talent development, launched inclusion initiatives, and built frameworks that supported global business innovation and transformation. She introduced pioneering initiatives like the Dive In Festival in the Lloyd’s market, promoting global diversity and inclusion across the insurance market.
