Academically, Aarti holds an LLB Maîtrise in English and French Law, a Master’s in International Peace and Security from King’s College London and a PhD from the University of Cambridge, and later completed a postgraduate diploma in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. This combination of academic rigour and real-world experience underpins her ability to translate complex theory into practical, human-centred performance insights, making her a compelling voice for organisations navigating uncertainty and change. Aarti’s early career began at Goldman Sachs International, followed by policy and analytical roles at the European Commission and RAND Europe. She later became Director of Future Operations at Crisis Solutions. Progressing into leadership roles, she became Director of Future Operations at Crisis Solutions, and later Partner and UKI Chief Operating Officer, then Chief Sales Officer, at 4C Strategies. These positions strengthened her expertise in resilience, crisis management and organisational performance, all of which enrich her keynote content with real-world credibility.
