Beatrice Kabutakapua is a leadership expert, entrepreneur, storyteller and performance coach who is recognised for helping individuals unlock their potential through the power of personal narrative. Beatrice’s academic and professional background provides a strong foundation for her work in leadership and performance. She earned a BA in Literature, Music and Performing Arts from Sapienza Università di Roma before completing a Master of Arts in International Journalism at Cardiff University. She later gained an MSc in Social Research Method from the University of Sussex and completed Harvard University’s Public Narrative: Leadership, Storytelling, and Action programme. Early in her career, she worked as Executive Producer and Journalist for ‘(IN)VISIBLE CITIES’, developing expertise in communication, human stories and audience engagement. She went on to co-found Balobeshayi before establishing herself as a Business Storytelling Coach and Trainer. Through this work, she has helped leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals enhance their communication skills, strengthen their personal impact and perform more effectively in high-pressure environments.
