Before forging his success with LiquidThinker, Damian laid the foundations of his illustrious career studying for a Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology at the Alliance Manchester Business School. Putting his learning into practice, Damian was hired as the HR Director of Unilever in 2000. For seven years, Damian learned the ins and outs of organisational behaviour and corporate culture, also learning what it meant to control high performance teams and ensure that all employees were able to perform optimally at work. Unlocking the secrets to a high performing culture at Unilever, Damian founded LiquidThinker in 2006 and continues his work in pioneering performance management with them today.
