Danielle Brown MBE is a celebrated high-performance speaker, renowned for her inspirational journey and exceptional achievements. A double Paralympic gold medallist in archery, Danielle dominated her field as a five-time World Champion and remained World Number 1 throughout her career. Her ground-breaking moment came when she became the first disabled athlete to represent England in an able-bodied category at the Commonwealth Games, where she won gold. As an accomplished children’s author, award-winning motivational speaker, and advocate for resilience and self-belief, Danielle has a unique ability to connect with audiences and inspire them to unlock their potential.

Danielle’s journey to success began when she was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome as a teenager. Facing the challenge of living with a debilitating condition, she chose to focus on what she could control—her mindset and determination. Discovering archery on her 15th birthday, Danielle’s dedication and talent quickly propelled her to international acclaim. Just three years after picking up a bow, she entered the global stage as World Number 1, earning her first Paralympic gold at the Beijing 2008 Games. Alongside her athletic pursuits, Danielle excelled academically, achieving first-class honours in law, a testament to her commitment and drive.

In recent years, Danielle has expanded her impact beyond sport. She won gold at the London 2012 Paralympics, securing her second Paralympic title in front of an electrifying home crowd. Her transition into able-bodied competition continued to shatter barriers, with her success at the Commonwealth Games a standout moment. She has since been appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her services to archery and recognised with numerous accolades, including the Sunday Times Children’s Sports Book of the Year Award in 2022 for ‘Run Like a Girl’.

Danielle is a sought-after motivational speaker for her ability to translate the principles of elite sport into actionable strategies for personal and professional growth. Her talks focus on resilience, the Champion Mindset, and achieving excellence under pressure. With an impressive roster of clients and a track record of delivering transformative speeches, Danielle is trusted by organisations worldwide to inspire individuals and teams to surpass their limits and achieve extraordinary success.

“Thank you so much for supporting us with our Olympic celebrations, especially with such short notice. You have been amazing and helped us find a fantastic athlete to bring our week of celebrations alive for the children. Please pass on our thanks to Danielle. She was absolutely fantastic and all the children were thoroughly engaged throughout her whole assembly. They learnt so much from her and she was very inspiring. The messages she shared with them have really seemed to stick with them and go in. The circuit classes were fantastic too with all classes taking part and supporting and cheering others on too. A massive thank you from all of us at Hazelbury Bryan Primary School.”

“Danielle Brown spoke at a high-profile launch event I organised recently and absolutely stole the show. A consummate professional throughout the pre-event run-up, her delivery on the day was flawless and – as expected – left the audience utterly inspired and enthused. I’ve simply loved working with her and am actively looking for opportunities to repeat the process soon – whether that’s through her brilliant public speaking or her bespoke mental coaching.”

“I just wanted to pass on how impressed all the children and staff were at Hartford Primary School with Danielle last Friday. She did different assemblies for the two different age groups, came out and got involved with our closing ceremony, gave out prizes, signed books and let children wear her medals. She was very humble and inspiring.”
