Greg’s journey began as a Naval Officer and Naval Aviator in the US Navy in 1970, where he quickly distinguished himself as a leader. His career ascended through roles such as Commanding Officer at Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA, where his leadership earned the Presidential Installation of Excellence Award in 1994 for overseeing the top-rated Navy base. His most notable military achievement came as the only three-time Flight Leader of the Blue Angels, the Navy’s elite flight demonstration squadron. Leading the Blue Angels on their historic international tour in 1991, Greg mastered the art of synchronising precision, trust, and performance under extreme pressure — lessons that have become the foundation of his high-performance philosophy. During his military career, Greg accumulated over 8,300 flight hours, also serving as a Flight Engineer at FedEx for more than 15 years.
