Gregg Stevenson is an extraordinary speaker whose powerful story of resilience, transformation, and leadership captivates audiences across industries. A Paralympic Gold Medallist and former Royal Engineer Commando, Gregg brings a unique perspective shaped by life on the front lines and elite sport. His keynotes blend raw honesty, sharp insight, and practical tools for developing mental strength, building high-performing teams, and navigating adversity. Gregg’s style is authentic, grounded, and deeply motivating—leaving people with a lasting sense of possibility and purpose.

Gregg’s early career began in the British Army, where he served with distinction in the Commandos. In 2009, during deployment in Afghanistan, he lost both legs in an IED explosion. What followed was a period of profound challenge, both physically and mentally, as he rebuilt his life from scratch. He later channelled his experience into a new mission—supporting others through trauma. His journey into elite sport began in 2012 with para-rowing, but he stepped away in 2018 to focus on his work in mental health services, helping fellow veterans through the NHS’s Op Courage programme. It was here he developed his voice as a leader, advocate, and speaker on resilience and psychological wellbeing.

In 2023, Gregg made a remarkable return to rowing, forming a new partnership with Lauren Rowles. Together, they had an undefeated season, claiming European and World Championship titles and setting a world best time in the PR2 mixed double sculls. They went on to win Paralympic gold at Paris 2024, overcoming immense pressure and elite competition. Alongside this, Gregg was named Male Athletes’ Athlete of the Year and continues to push forward as a PhD researcher in Psychology, while also serving as Armed Forces Lived Experience Lead and trustee of Walking With The Wounded.

Gregg is hired by organisations looking to inspire resilience, leadership, and purpose under pressure. Whether addressing senior leaders, sports teams, or frontline workers, he connects deeply and delivers messages that stick. His story is a masterclass in turning adversity into action—and his presence on stage leaves no one unchanged.
