Jack Green is a double Olympian, high-performance coach, and keynote speaker who has dedicated more than a decade to helping people and organisations perform at their best. Known for his blend of elite sporting insight and evidence based wellbeing leadership, he offers a rare perspective on how to sustain excellence in high pressure environments. His experience competing on the world stage, combined with his work across sport, health technology, and corporate performance, positions him as a compelling voice for audiences seeking practical strategies for resilience, focus, and sustainable achievement.

Jack began his career as a world class athlete, representing Great Britain in the 400 metre hurdles and the 4×400 metre relay at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Across his competitive career, he won European titles and secured World Championship medals before retiring from elite sport at just 28. His journey included navigating significant personal challenges, including diagnoses of depression, bipolar tendencies, and anxiety following the 2012 Games. This shaped his commitment to mental health advocacy, leading him to represent Mind and YoungMinds and contribute to policy reform for elite athletes through the House of Commons.

Following retirement, Jack transitioned into coaching and has since worked with leading track and field athletes, including national record holders, world champions, and Olympic medallists. His move into corporate leadership further expanded his influence, beginning with his role as Global Wellbeing Lead at the BBC, where he directed wellbeing strategy for more than ten thousand employees during COVID 19. He later held senior performance and commercial positions at Champion Health and Walking on Earth, and now works as a performance partner at Bring Your A Game. His experience includes supporting a health technology organisation through to a Nasdaq listing and shaping high-performance cultures across multiple sectors.

Organisations hire Jack because he brings lived experience, elite coaching methods, and corporate leadership together in a way that makes high performance accessible and sustainable. He has delivered more than five hundred talks for organisations including Nike, Deloitte, Johnson and Johnson, Channel 4, Oxford, Cambridge, and Sky, offering practical frameworks that demonstrate how wellbeing and performance must co exist to achieve long term success.
