Jim Hamilton

Jim Hamilton is a former Scottish rugby international known for his powerful speaking presence, both on the pitch and on stage. Over his career, he earned 63 caps for Scotland, representing his country with tenacity and grit in top competitions. Jim’s rugby journey began humbly with Barkers Butts RFC before he joined England’s under-19 and under-21 teams. Over his career, he played for major clubs across Europe, including Leicester Tigers, Edinburgh Rugby, Gloucester Rugby, Montpellier, and Saracens. Known for his leadership skills, Jim captained Gloucester Rugby during the 2012–13 season and later helped Saracens secure two European Champions Cup titles and two Premiership titles, a testament to his skills and strategic mindset on the field.

After retiring from professional rugby in 2017, Jim shifted his focus to new challenges in media and business. He co-founded Those Fellas, a sports marketing agency, demonstrating his adaptability and business acumen beyond the sports arena. In addition to his company, Jim quickly became a prominent voice in rugby media, co-hosting The Rugby Pod, a highly successful podcast where he provides insights into rugby culture, teamwork, and the highs and lows of a professional rugby career. His own podcast, The Big Jim Show, further solidifies his presence in sports media and allows him to explore broader conversations on performance and leadership.
