Achieving a BSc in Physics from the University of Bristol in 1985, Justin began his career working as a Fighter Pilot in the Royal Air Force in 1990. During his service in the RAF, Justin was deployed to fly the Tornado F3, impressing officials with his talents as a fighter pilot. In 2000, he was recruited to join The Red Arrows, before becoming the Executive Office of The Red Arrows. Serving for 12 years, Justin learned how to make decisions under immense pressure, take risks and ensure that he demonstrated high performance no matter the circumstance. Leaving the RAF in 2002, Justin moved into the world of business, returning to education to achieve a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School and a Master’s degree in International Relations at the University of Cambridge. He has since also become the Co-Founder and Director of SL Privée, a Non-Executive Advisor for Inox Global Capital Management, Director of Integrated Airline Services for L3Harris Commercial Aviation and the Managing Director of Consulting for Mission Excellence. He is also a committed trustee, having been the Trustee of Humantopia, the Coastal Learning Partnership and Hospitallers Ukraine Aid. Now, Justin is the CEO of NetZeroNitrogen, a company dedicated to eliminating 2 billion tonnes of CO2 from agriculture.
