Kenton Cool is one of the world’s foremost high-altitude climbers and a dynamic motivational speaker. Known globally for his exceptional mountaineering achievements, he has summited Mount Everest an astounding 18 times, setting a non-Sherpa record. Kenton’s journey began with the Scouts, sparking an interest in climbing that grew during his time studying Geological Sciences at Leeds University. His early career included roles in industrial roped access before he co-founded Adventure Base, where he dedicated himself to guiding. He later served as director of Dream Guides. These roles led him to guide prestigious clients, including Sir Ranulph Fiennes, on ambitious expeditions up the North Face of the Eiger and to the summit of Everest, marking his ascent to prominence in high-altitude mountaineering.

In recent years, Kenton has achieved even more ground-breaking milestones. In 2013, he became the first person to complete the Everest Triple Crown—a feat that saw him summit Nuptse, Everest, and Lhotse in a single expedition without returning to base camp. In 2022, he completed his 17th Everest summit, further solidifying his elite status. By 2023, Kenton had successfully led a South Pole expedition and embarked on his Everest: The Untold Story UK Tour, celebrating the 70th anniversary of the first successful Everest ascent.
