Lubna’s early career began with a BSc in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance, leading her into roles in the petroleum industry and investment banking. Yet, a striking personal awakening in the early 1990s catalysed a pivot: she immersed herself in practices such as T’ai Chi, meditation, and energy healing. This interdisciplinary path blended corporate rigour with spiritual depth. Her fascination with the superconscious—gamma‑wave states of awareness—became central to her later work. In 2016, she launched HigherWill, synthesising her analytical training, corporate insight and spiritual discovery into transformative leadership and wellbeing programmes.
Her recent achievements are striking. In 2024, she published Beyond Potential: The Complete Wellbeing Guide to Boost Performance and Success at Work, which became an international bestseller across the US, UK, Canada, and Germany. That same year, HigherWill was shortlisted for the Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Chamber of Commerce Awards and named Leadership & Holistic Wellbeing Co of the Year by Corporate Vision. Earlier, in 2021, the company was recognised as the International UK Leadership & Spiritual Coaching Co.
