Matt Perry

Matt Perry is a leading voice in the world of high performance, drawing on over two decades of experience across elite sport and business. As the Founding Director of Transition 15, Matt works with global organisations to embed high-performance cultures that unlock individual and team potential. Previously, he was High Performance Lead at Pollinate International, where he developed frameworks to help businesses navigate transformation and scale effectively. Matt’s journey began in professional rugby, where he played for Bath Rugby from 1995 to 2007. He earned his first England cap in 1997 and soon became a cornerstone of the national team. By 1999, he had become England’s most capped fullback and played in that year’s World Cup. A highlight of his playing career came in 2001 when he lifted the Heineken Cup with Bath, demonstrating not only athletic excellence but also leadership under pressure.
