Over time, he transitioned into human resources and learning and development, where he led culture and transformation initiatives for large organisations. In 2017, Nick co-founded Ignition Human Performance, a company that helps organisations adopt motorsport-inspired strategies to drive success. He has since worked with high-profile partners, including BTCC team Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport and Race Against Dementia, founded by Sir Jackie Stewart. Nick has delivered performance programmes across sectors, from finance to engineering, and has been appointed Chair of the halow project, a charity supporting young adults with learning disabilities.
