Thriving Under Pressure

Susie Wolff is a renowned former racing driver, passionate advocate for women in motorsport, and a sought-after speaker. Known for breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry, she shares her experiences and insights on leadership, perseverance, and overcoming challenges. Her journey through the world of motorsport, combined with her focus on empowering the next generation, makes her a powerful voice in both the motorsport world and as a motivational speaker.

Susie’s career began at an early age when she fell in love with karting. Her early successes, including multiple British Woman Kart Racing Driver of the Year awards, were the foundation for what would become a pioneering career in motorsport. Moving up the ranks, she competed in Formula Renault UK and British Formula 3, but it was her entry into the DTM (German Touring Car Championship) in 2006 with Mercedes-Benz that truly marked her as a trailblazer. Not only was she the first woman in a decade to race in the series, but she also became the first woman to score points in DTM in 14 years. These achievements set the stage for her next big role—joining Williams F1 as a development driver in 2012, and making history in 2014 as the first woman in 22 years to participate in an F1 race weekend.

In recent years, Susie has turned her focus to fostering female talent in motorsport. As the Managing Director of F1 Academy, she works tirelessly to provide a pathway for young women to break into Formula 1. Additionally, she co-founded the initiative Dare To Be Different, which merged with the FIA’s Girls on Track program, ensuring that more girls are encouraged to pursue careers in motorsport. Her leadership and accomplishments were also seen as she took the helm of Venturi Racing in Formula E, guiding the team to its first victory. These recent milestones further solidify her status as a leading figure in motorsport, along with her recent publication of her memoir, Driven.

Susie’s experiences of overcoming adversity, breaking gender barriers, and leading high-performance teams make her an invaluable speaker for audiences looking to cultivate resilience, leadership, and innovation. Her unique insights into navigating the world of elite sport and breaking glass ceilings resonate deeply, which is why she is hired to inspire, motivate, and equip others to pursue their highest potential.

Official Testimonials

Susie Wolff is regularly booked to engage audiences at events, read their latest feedback below:

“I’ve had the privilege of working with Susie Wolff for an executive event that our company has organized, in that time I have known Susie to be a personable, enthusiastic and a brilliant businesswoman and driver. Susie has built a strong reputation as someone with vision, diligence, and technical knowledge and I am thrilled I had the chance to experience seeing Susie implement these skills outside the racetrack. I found her speech at our conference to be incredibly valuable and educational, and so did the diverse group of automotive executives visiting our event. I strongly recommend Susie to anyone looking for a motivational or business speaker.”

Elektrobit Automotive

“Thank you for securing us Toto and Susie Wolff for our SLM 2021 event this year. I thought the combination worked really well having them both together, and would recommend that to your other clients. I received many remarks from event attendees around how ‘on message’ they both were on the themes of leadership and culture, which was a big focus of our event this year. It was a real event highlight. In terms of official post-event reporting, 62.5% found their session excellent and 35% found it good (1 person found it average but perhaps he/she was a Red Bull fan)”
